Burlington, ON: Michael Schwenger Jr. is pleased to announce the appointment of Don Forbes as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Michael Schwenger Jr. will assume the role of Chairman, focusing on governance for StressCrete Group.

Don has been with StressCrete Group since 2015 and has been a key driver of the company’s performance. Starting as Chief Financial Officer, he led the group’s financial strategy, strengthened controls across all operating companies, and played a central role in both financial and operational improvement. In subsequent leadership roles, Don took on broader responsibility across the business, aligning teams and helping shape the group’s direction.

As President and CEO, Don will lead and oversee all departments across the organization. He is responsible for setting direction, executing the company’s long-term strategy, and driving performance across all business units. His focus is on operational discipline, clear accountability, and sustained growth.
