Customer Experience Analyst

Location: Burlington, ON

Position Overview:

We currently have an opening in our Burlington, Ontario office for a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic to join our Customer Experience Team in the role of Customer Experience Analyst.

As our ideal candidate, you are results-driven, well-organized, and professional, with a proactive approach to your work. This role is responsible for helping to facilitate as well as gathering and analyzing customer data to identify trends, insights, and areas of improvement within the customer journey. Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail are a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Process new sales orders accurately and within a timely manner for all 6 operating companies.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback through the internal feedback form and dashboard.
  • Identify patterns in customer behavior, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Track and report on key customer experience metrics weekly/monthly.
  • Develop additional reporting tools, create dashboards, etc.
  • Work with customer experience, sales, marketing, and production teams to implement customer experience improvements.
  • Compile order release packages for the Production team and respective Sales Reps, including all required documentation.
  • Ensure all order releases sent from Engineering and Sales are complete.
  • Process intercompany orders into the appropriate database.
  • Data entry and updating of sales information into the ERP system.
  • Assist with information requests from Sales, Production, Engineering, and External Stakeholders requiring navigation within the ERP.
  • Lead weekly/monthly team meetings within the department, sharing insights and feedback with the manager.
  • Provide and identify training opportunities for the Customer Experience team.
  • Assist the team with orders and day-to-day tasks on an as-needed basis.
  • Support various departmental initiatives and projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 -3 years’ experience in customer experience, data analysis, or related role.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, customer experience platforms, CRM systems, and analytical tools.
  • Expert level of experience in Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with the MS Office Suite of products.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to a high degree of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Accountable and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Ability to problem solve, exercising good judgment when making decisions.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to changing situations.
